We were well communicated with in relation to when the goods would arrive and they arrived in good order. I have included photos, but we are yet to utilise them so they are currently empty, but it helps to see what the shelves look like inside. I think they are attractive and suit the decor of the room. They are also functional and will suit my requirements. Good solid build as well.

Great chair, exactly what I needed! I use it as a 'perching chair' in the kitchen because I can't stand up for long. It was easy to assemble, and is very comfortable to sit/kneel on. I need to concentrate when getting on and off so I don't catch a foot in the gap and fall. So it's probably not ideal for frail elderly people, but good for anyone with good balance, and great for me :-)

Easy to put together, seat and knee pad are really comfortable with plenty of padding and the fabric seems durable. The wheels are quiet and roll really easily and the back support is positioned just right if you need sit back and relax.

Sitting in this chair is like sitting in gold class. I had an old office task chair that wasn’t terrible but my legs would ache after an hour or so. I upgraded to this one and it is so comfy. It was incredibly easy to put together and has made a huge difference to my day.

The piece itself is good. A little wonky and drawers aren't that smooth. Reason for the lower rating was the ordering experience. I had to call and email to chase this order as it had been a while and the order never processed until I called, then chased again after there were no updates. Then got told a delivery ETA, on the day it finally arrived, the courier gave no notification or heads up for arrival. Lucky I was home! Not impressive communication and the product is as expected really.

Although I struggled to knock the pins into place to secure the back of the chair, HumanScale was really good about coming to my home, on the next working day, to do that for me. It was then that I realised that a rubber mallet and an assertive tap or two would have done the trick. Maybe, the instructions could emphasise that for people like me who were concerned about damaging the chair.
